Dell Service Contract#
The details of my contract with Dell might be here somewhere. They are clueless. They said they will mail the details because they don't know what their webiste's address is. Man they are dumb. www.dellcustomer.com? Nope. www.dellcustomerservice.com? Nope... Idiots.

To Whom It May Concern I purchased a dell computer on 5-5-04 and I haven't had any service out of it yet . I have tried to get in contact with someone from dell numerous of times. I am fixing to turn it over to the BBB because the computer has not been any good since I purchased it

TO ALL WHO HAVE DELL (CRAP) COMPUTERS. Mine crashed and I had a tech (who could not speak english by the way) try to help me. Now EVERYTHING on my computer is messed up. I had over a two and one-half hour wait on the telephone without ever hearing another human voice. Maybe a class-action suit should be looked into for all the frustration and agrivation this company has caused us. I'm with you Mr. Chambers. I am ready to turn them into the BBB also

The BBB won't help and Michael doesn't have ethics either .. they sell you a machine with a rebate suggestion and then when you go to apply they tell you 30 days or you lose it. when you were never told that. I'm sure there's a legal bait and switch tactic that avoids entanglement with each Dell store like the one in KC where I made my purchase. There's just no integrity in the computer industry - it's snakeoil salesmen and vaporware...take your money and run. My company only buys about 200 PCs a year pretty small for Michael to worry about but there will never be another Dell bought due to the ruthless unethical practice.

I agree with all the above. My computer is 2 weeks old and a major headache. The only person I have spoken to who speaks English is the sales person - and that "at home service - consider it a direct misrepensation. Today I've tried for the rebate form - useless!
